To register for the 8th Symposium CRPA the participants are asked to
send the Registration form
and send it by by e-mail to:
hdzz8@imi.hr.
Papers
:
If you wish to present a paper, please send a short Abstract, not longer than 200 words, together with the Registration Form by November 1,
2010. Authors will be notified about the acceptance, and the instructions for the paper preparation will be also distributed by December 15, 2010.
Papers should be sent by February 1, 2011. All submitted papers would be printed in the Proceedings that will be distributed at the
Symposium.
Certificate of attendance:
After having paid the registration fee, all the participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance. The Croatian Medical Chamber will also validate
participation on the Symposium
